Are you asking on how to upgrade windows 7? windows 7 starter to ultimate.. Below is the screen shot of start up. In the search program and files you will type "windows update and windows anytime."
1. Type in the start up "windows update" and click change setting tab and choose never update and close.
2. Type in the start up again "windows anytime"
3. A pop up will show up and you must provide serial keys.
4. Then click windows activate. Restart
